Refund policy

At Sae Matcha, we’re committed to delivering premium ceremonial grade matcha - fresh, vibrant, and handled with intention.

Due to the nature of our products and for health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including matcha powders, once they’ve been opened or used.

That said, we want you to love your daily matcha ritual. If there’s an issue with your order - whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected - please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Contact us at admin@saematcha.com with your order number and a brief description (photos help too). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion
  • Returns must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging (if accepted)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order was incorrect or damaged
